2. Clean Your Outside Unit

Because it’s located outside, your HVAC system is exposed to all weather conditions, including sunlight, rain, and snow. Debris is, therefore, likely to have accumulated around your unit, particularly after the fall and winter months. Clear out anything that is within two feet of your system, including leaves, branches, dirt, and plants. 3. Schedule Routine Maintenace
